The Opportunity:

We are launching a dynamic Trainee Program designed for ambitious engineering graduates eager to launch their careers in the heart of industrial projects. As a Trainee Engineer, you will be immersed in our live shipyard operations, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and a clear pathway to professional growth. Available Tracks:

Successful candidates will be placed in one of the following core departments based on their background and project needs:

Projects Department: Learn project planning, coordination, scheduling, and site management.
Mechanical Department: Gain hands-on experience with machinery, piping systems, hull structures, and mechanical installations.
Estimation Department: Develop skills in cost analysis, tender preparation, material take-offs, and bid management.
Electrical Department: Work on shipboard electrical systems, power distribution, instrumentation, and control panels.

Program Responsibilities:

Rotational Learning: Participate in a structured onboarding and initial rotation to understand core shipyard operations.
Departmental Support: Assist senior engineers and project managers with technical tasks, documentation, and site coordination.
Technical Development: Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Site Exposure: Gain firsthand experience in a live shipyard environment, observing and participating in construction, fabrication, and commissioning activities.
Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to progress reports, data collection, and quality checks under supervision.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures, making safety a core value.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: A recent Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Marine, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management). Graduates from 2023/2024 are strongly encouraged to apply.
Mindset: Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to the fast-paced, hands-on environment of a shipyard.
Technical Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office is required; familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering software is a significant advantage.

Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the UAE. Priority will be given to candidates already located in the UAE.
